What do I bring to Bootcamp?
1. A water bottle
2. Comfortable workout clothes
3. A positive attitude
Don’t bring your other personal belongings. We are an outdoor fitness program and
move around a lot! We ask that you only bring your necessary belongings and leave
the rest in your trunk. All belongings will be placed together at the workout location
and kept within view during the workout. DON’T bring your valuables to Bootcamp!
What should I wear to Bootcamp?
Wear comfortable workout clothing (sneakers, shorts, sweats, t-shirt, etc.). Make
sure you dress appropriately for the weather.
Is there a changing facility or a restroom?
NO. Please come ready to exercise! At most of our locations there are restrooms
within jogging distance.
What types of exercises will we do in Bootcamp?
You can expect to perform all kinds of exercises at Bootcamp Tulsa. Bootcamp is a complete program and includes conditioning exercises, strength training exercises, flexibility and mobility drills and much more.
Is Bootcamp Tulsa a military-style workout?
No. Bootcamp Tulsa is NOT a military-style workout program. Bootcamp is an
innovative, exciting fitness program unlike any other in Tulsa. Our coaches will lead you in a wide variety of exercises to help you reach your fitness goals.
I’m out of shape. Will I be able to keep up with Bootcamp?
Yes. We perform fitness assessments on the first day of each session. Your coach
will make sure you are able to perform all exercise and may ask you to modify
certain exercises until you build up the strength and endurance to perform them. Our Bootcamps are structured so that anyone can do them. You won’t be holding the class back, and our coaches are trained professionals who make sure that everyone is pushing their bodies to their maximum potential to reach their fitness goals.
I am overweight and self-conscious. Will there be other overweight people at Bootcamp?
Absolutely. At Bootcamp Tulsa, you will see people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Bootcamp is designed to put you in an encouraging environment with others who have your same goals in mind. Don’t let your fears keep you from getting in the best shape of your life!
I’m in really good shape. Is Bootcamp going to be challenging enough for me?
YES! Definitely. We have had many athletes, triathletes and marathon runners train in our Bootcamps. If you are ever in one of our classes and don’t feel challenged enough, let the coach know immediately. We will gladly kick things up a notch for you!
What is the typical age of someone attending Bootcamp Tulsa?
Bootcamp is a team environment made up of people of all ages. We see a majority
of our clients in their 20’s, 30’s and 40’s, with some in their 50’s and 60’s. We even have a 70 year old member! We encourage and welcome everyone to Bootcamp
Tulsa and believe that age is truly just a number. All ages should value their health and physical well-being.
Will a coach yell at me or embarrass me?
NO! Our coaches are professionals that want to see you work hard to achieve your
goals. Your coach is 100% in your corner and will work hard to motivate and
encourage you at each and every session.
Will I see results at Bootcamp?
YES! 100% guaranteed. Bootcamp Tulsa is unlike any other workout you’ve ever
done. This is not your typical aerobics class! You can expect to see improvements in your strength, tone and endurance as well as weight loss and lean muscles. Bootcamp Tulsa brings the results no matter what your current fitness level might be.
How long does each class last?
Each Bootcamp Tulsa workout is between 45-60 minutes long. We keep our
weekday morning classes to 50 minutes so that you can be sure to get to work on

How can I reserve my spot for the following month?
When you first sign up for Bootcamp Tulsa, you will be put on Automatic Recurring Billing that guarantees your spot each month until you decide to cancel your membership. Because Bootcamp is in such high demand (5 times/locations were sold out last month!), we set up the auto billing to make sure you have your spot. If at some point you decide to take a break from Bootcamp, simply send us an email requesting cancellation prior to the 1st of the next month. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
How do I pay?
When you Register for Bootcamp Tulsa, you will be prompted to pay online. We use a secure third party for all our payment processing and handling. Your information is always private and secure. You can pay with a credit or debit card or directly through your bank account.
What happens if class is canceled because of bad weather?
We NEVER cancel a Bootcamp Tulsa workout! If bad weather should occur, the
Bootcamp session will be rescheduled at a later date. When you register for
Bootcamp, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register your cell phone in our text messaging system. We will notify you at least 30 minutes before a Bootcamp start time if class has been rescheduled due to weather. If your phone has not yet been registered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up.
What if I miss class due to vacation or sickness?
You can make up your missed class at another Bootcamp at any of our locations
during your 4 week session. Please let us know if you are aware that a class will be missed by emailing us at email@example.com. We will help you make arrangements to attend another Bootcamp at another location or time during your 4 week session. All make-ups must be completed during your 4 week session. No Bootcamps are transferred over to the next month.
What if I have a pre-existing injury or medical condition?
Please disclose all injuries and medical conditions when you register. In most
situations, your coach will modify the exercises for you.
Is Bootcamp Tulsa a franchise?
NO! Bootcamp Tulsa was started in Tulsa, for the people of Tulsa. We are locally
owned and operated.
