Tip number one gets your sleep. You want to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every single 24 hour period. This lead needs to be high quality. In order to get a high-quality sleep you want to turn off anything that admits blue light two hours before bed and you want to make sure that you are physically active during the day. Sleep is crucial to ensuring that your hormones that help with fat loss and muscle gain are released in the right quantities at the right times. So again tip number one get your sleep.

Tip number two eat a whole food diet. You want to eat most of your food from non-starchy vegetables, lean protein sources, and fruits. If it comes in a box, bad, or can sit on the shelf for years at a time without spoiling it probably shouldn’t be going in your body.
