Basic Bootcamp
You have to start somewhere. ALL fitness levels. ALL abilities.
This bootcamp was created for the beginner, for that lady who needs to start taking control of her health, but doesn’t know what to do first or where to start.
We will meet you where you are at and together we will win.
Orientation:
Each new bootcamper is encouraged to attend a one time orientation that takes place on Tuesday and or Thursday at 5:15pm at DSD.
Basic Bootcamp:
After you attend your orientation you will then attend your basic bootcamp:
Tuesday – 6:00 PM
Thursday – 6:00 PM
Saturday – You have the option of attending our 8am Broken Arrow camp or our South Tulsa camp at 9am.
