I could sit here and write a entire book on all of the excuses that I have heard over the years.

It is time to take control of your health for once and for all!

Things are not always going to be easy…

Things are not always going to be convenient…

but I ask you…

HOW BAD DO YOU REALLY WANT IT?

I am a very compassionate person but if you know me then you know that the one thing that I do not have patience for is excuses.

There is no excuse not to exercise…no matter what your situation is!

Check out this email that I received yesterday from a few of our Bootcampers:

Jan and I set up a mini gym in the basement level of our stairwell at work today.  Attached are a couple pics of us “sweatin’ to the oldies”.  OK, that was a joke, we didn’t have any music on.
Anyway, we have 4 flights of stairs in our building, and we go up all 4, then back down to the basement and do 1 set of 20 of each of 2 of the exercises (superman, curls, rows, tricep extensions and defensive slide w/ a band on our ankles).  We ended up going up/down the stairs 5x with the strength stuff after each time.  It took 30 minutes.  So we still even had time to make salads and eat them.
Just goes to show you, you can use your surroundings to work out, even if you don’t have a lot of time. :o )  Of course, yuu guys already know that!    We just wanted to share with you guys. :o )

So, I ask you again..What is your excuse?

I want to challenge you today to take control of your health.

You can have the body that you always desired!

You can live life to the fullest!

You can experience ultimate success in your life starting today!

If you really think that you have a ligitmate excuse I challenge you to send it to me.

I guarentee you that you do not!
