WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BOOTCAMP ON MY FIRST DAY?

–To each Bootcamp Tulsa workout you will need to bring: 1)Your water bottle 2) comfortable workout clothes  and 3)A positive attitude. weight-lifting gloves and towels are optional.

SHOULD I BRING MY BELONGINGS TO BOOTCAMP?

–We are not a stationary bootcamp and do move around alot.  We ask that you only bring necessary belongings. All belongings are placed together at the workout location and kept within eye distance during the workout.  Also, please either leave valuables at home or place them in your trunk or out of sight in your vehicle.

HOW LONG DOES EACH CLASS LAST?

–Each Bootcamp Tulsa workout is between 45-60 mins, with weekday morning workouts lasting no longer than 50 mins

HOW DO I PAY?

–You can pay right here on the Bootcamp Tulsa website, we use a secure third party for all of our payment processing and handling that uses the best security to ensure your information says safe and secure.  You can pay with credit or debit cards or even directly through your bank account!

HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPOT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH?

–We have taken all of that pressure off of you!  When you first sign up you will be put on Automatic Recurring Billing that will guarantee your spot each month until you cancel.  This is the only way to hold your spot from month to month short of paying far in advance each month (5 time/locations were sold out last month!).  If at some point you decided to take a break from Bootcamp Tulsa, simply send us an e-mail requesting cancellation prior to the 1st of the next month.  Please refer to our refund policy for further details

WHEN DOES THE NEXT SESSION START?

–Please review the schedule page for the next start date.  Bootcamps start the day your particular location meets on or next day after the start date

DO YOU HAVE CHANGING FACILITIES OR RESTROOMS?

–No. Please come ready to exercise. At most of our locations there are restrooms within jogging distance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO BOOTCAMP?

–Wear comfortable workout clothes (sneakers, shorts, sweats, t-shirt, etc.). Make sure you dress appropriately for the weather.

WHAT TYPES OF EXERCISES ARE INVOLVED?

–You can expect to do all different kinds of exercises. Bootcamp Tulsa is a complete program -You will perform conditioning exercises, strength training exercises, flexibility and mobilitydrills and much more.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLASS IS CANCELED BECAUSE OF WEATHER?

–WE NEVER CANCEL A BOOTCAMP TULSA WORKOUT!

You will be notified at least 30 minutes before bootcamp start time via text message to your cell phone. When you registered for bootcamp, you should have received an e-mail with instructions on how to register your cell phone in our text message system.  However, if you did not, please email your cell phone number to info@bootcamptulsa.com and include which bootcamp you are attending. A cancelled bootcamp will be rescheduled at a later date, usually during the week following your 4-week session.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A CLASS BECAUSE VACATIONING OR BUSINESS RELATED TRAVEL?

–You can make up that session at another bootcamp at any of our locations during your 4-week session. If you know prior to starting bootcamp please email the days you will miss to info@bootcamptulsa.com to make arrangements to attend another bootcamp session at a different location or time during your 4-week session or to be prorated. All makeups must be completed during your 4-week session.  If sick, the same applies. No Bootcamps are transfered over to the next month

I’M REALLY OUT OF SHAPE, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE BOOTCAMP?

–Yes. You will be assessed on your fitness level on the first day by your coach. Your coach may ask you to modify exercises until you build up enough strength. Don’t worry, you will not be holding others in the bootcamp class back. Our bootcamps our structured so that anyone can do them. Our coaches are professionals, and make sure that everyone is pushing their bodies to the maximum potential to reach their goals and the next fitness level.

I AM IN GOOD SHAPE, IS BOOTCAMP GOING TO BE CHALLENGING ENOUGH FOR ME?

–Yes, absolutely. We have many athletes, triathletes, and marathon runners take our bootcamps.  If you are ever taking our bootcamp and do not feel that you are being challenged enough, immediately tell the coach and they will gladly kick your workout up another level just for you!

WILL  A COACH YELL AT ME OR EMBARRASS ME?

–No! Your Coaches are friendly professionals that want to see you achieve your goals. Your coach will motivate and encourage you.

I AM OVERWEIGHT AND SELF-CONSCIOUS ABOUT IT. WILL THERE BE OTHER OVERWEIGHT PEOPLE AT YOUR BOOTCAMP?

–At Bootcamp Tulsa, you will see people of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. Bootcamp is specifically designed to put you in an encouraging group environment with others who have the same goals in mind.

I’M IN MY 40′S. WHAT IS THE TYPICAL AGE OF SOMEONE TAKING YOUR BOOTCAMP?

–Bootcamp is a team environment regardless of age.  We see the majority of our clients in their 20’s to 40’s, with some clients in their 50’s and 60’s. We encourage everyone to join Bootcamp Tulsa we feel there is no age where you should stop thinking about your health and well being

WHAT IF I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION?

–You must disclose all of your injuries and medical conditions when you register. In most situations, coaches will modify exercises.
