Someone asked me today if I knew that Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories per day!

The first thing that I thought is where have you been, they talked about that a ton during the Olympics!!!

The first thing you probably said is, “Wow, Thats a lot of food!”

The first thing I said is, “Man, this guy is disciplined!”

You see, this guy knows what it takes to be the best but the thing that seperates him is he does it.
So many people know what it takes but they just don’t do it.

This guy knows that he needs that many calories daily in order for his body to recover and for him to perform at the highest level.

This guy knows it and he does it!

Are you doing everything that you know you need to be doing on a daily basis to be great? Are you doing everything you need to be doing to look and feel your best?

Do you want to lose weight?
